Many robots from across the Marvel Universe have been striving for freedom. With the mysterious cosmic Extinction Entity approaching the Earth, more and more notable robots such as H.E.R.B.I.E. have been making their way to the robot revolution.

Arno Stark just came up against a group of Nick Fury LMDs who've successfully turned against humanity, which could be a terrifying warning for a potential threat that could come down the line.

ROBOT REVOLUTION

Arno Stark -- who has just taken over the role of Iron Man from his currently seemingly dead brother Tony Stark -- ends up coming up against a group of robot separatists. They've targeted a construction site and taken a group of robots (along with a single human worker) hostage. The group is revealed to be composed of Nick Fury LMDs. Each of them has arrived with their own weapons, and are promising to open fire and potentially kill the human worker if their demands aren't met by the humans on the ground.

The terrorists are shown to be in varying degrees of wear and tear, but they are no less dangerous. Exhausted by the missions they are forced to be sent on so humans are put at risk, they've come to " liberate" the construction robots on site. But Arno arrives on the scene and beheads one of the LMDs before attacking the group.

The Constructo-Bots are ushed into an elevator by the LMDs, but Arno simply destroys the lift to wipe out the lot of them. Although the construction crew is somewhat troubled by the loss of their Constructo-Bots, they're easily able to relax and just be glad that no human lives were lost. This seemingly proves their case that humanity just doesn't care for the plight of robots, which kind of proves their point. Luckily for the LMDs and the Constructo-Bot, there's secretly a transporter aboard the lift that saves the group.

LIFE MODEL DECOY

Dum-Dum-Dugan-LMD

A Life Model Decoy (otherwise known as an LMD) is a long-used tool of the spy organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. First introduced in Strange Tales #135, the androids are built to completely duplicate the personality and persona of a living person. They were a common element in many classic adventure stories centering around Nick Fury and other members of his covert organization. They were even used to fake Nick Fury's death on occasion.

In fact, many of them are constructed to specifically replicate SHIELD agents. This notably includes Fury, although others have been built to replicate other major figures like Dum Dum Dugan, Captain America and Black Widow. Some have even gone rogue in the past, being turned into weapons that target Fury and the rest of the heroes. But it now it appears that an entire regiment of LMDs modeled after Nick Fury has been found by the growing robot revolution and decided to turn on humanity as a whole.

If the robot revolution has a full armada of Nick Fury LMDs, then things could get a lot more difficult for humanity. That's a tailor-made force, more than willing to attack humans with a wealth of experience. Thanks to their level of deadly skills and experience with weaponry, they could easily be a very effective army of foot soldiers for the robots if they ever took the battle directly to people.
