For months, Marvel Comics has been teasing a bold, new era for Iron Man with the launch of the new title Iron Man 2020 this January. However, a new trailer for the upcoming comic book launch hints that the Marvel Universe's rise of the machines may be more sinister than it initially seems.

Helmed by current Iron Man writer Dan Slott, along with co-writer Christos Gage and artist Pete Woods, the new title has Tony Stark's long-lost brother Arno become the latest Iron Man, with the trailer hinting that burgeoning peace between sentient robots and humanity may be dangerously fragile as artificial intelligence begins to demand for equal rights.

The trailer raises terrifying implications for the cover art first released this past October, hinting at the Armored Avenger becoming more iron than man as artificial intelligence officially proliferates across the Marvel Universe.

With Arno continuing his brother's legacy in the face of this robot revolution, the new Armored Avenger will have to help keep the peace, even as tensions between the two factions rise when the series launches next month.
