With less than a month left until the debut of Marvel's "Iron Fist," a new image has been released from the Netflix drama showing Finn Jones in action.

Although the photo isn't particularly revealing, the actor's accompanying comments to Empire magazine certainly are, as they answer one of the nagging questions about the series.

Fans have known for some time that Danny Rand sports his famous "tattoo," and that "Iron Fist" will offer a good look at the mystical city of K’un Lun, as evident in a recently released featurette. However, there was still the matter of Shou-Lao, an immortal dragon that, in Marvel Comics lore, must be defeated by anyone who seeks to become the Iron Fist.

But, speaking with Empire, Jones seemingly confirms that Shou-Lao will make an appearance -- of some sort -- on the series. The actor explained Danny will have to come to deal with New York City society's reaction to his reappearance after he was presumed dead for so long.

“He comes back and says: ‘Hey, guess what? I’ve been in this place called K’un Lun for years, I’ve got this thing called the Iron Fist and I met a dragon!’" Jones said. "And everybody’s like, ‘What the fuck are you talking about? You’re insane.’”

That's the first confirmation that Shou-Lao will have a role in Danny's origin on the television series, but whether the dragon will actually be shown on screen remains to be seen.

Arriving March 17 on Netflix, "Iron Fist" stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey and Rosario Dawson.
