In the original Marvel comics, Daredevil foe Typhoid Mary wears half a leather suit, belts and fishnet stockings, with barely anything beneath. Her Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart, however, opts for hoodies and jeans, and modest winter wear.

Actress Alice Eve, who debuted the character in the second season of Iron Fist, would like for Mary to transition into a more comics-accurate costume in a potential Season 3. "Obviously that is my ultimate destination," she said on Conan. "I'd love to explore different sides of her and definitely explore her powers of seduction and how she uses them and manipulates situations to her advantage."

Commenting on Mary's comics outfit, the Star Trek alum said, "You know what, you'd be surprised. If your motivation is to seduce men and kill them, that is definitely a practical outfit."

Eve's Mary Walker was introduced on Iron Fist in relatively straightforward attire: a well-worn hoodie for her Walker persona, and a humble overcoat and dress for Mary. Unlike her comic book counterpart, she's more ruthless than provocative, and focused on strategic combat rather than utilizing any feminine wiles. The season finale however, revealed Walker has a third, more terrifying alter.

Unfortunately, Eve has no say on whether the costume makes the cut, or if Typhoid Mary even has an MCU future. "Only as much as it's a free country, I can make my case," she said, "but it's not necessarily gonna be taken."

Now streaming on Netflix, Marvel's Iron Fist Season 2 stars Finn Jones, Jessica Henwick, Tom Pelphrey, Jessica Stroup, Sacha Dhawan and Alice Eve.
