The upcoming Invincible animated series for Amazon Prime Video has revealed its first set of action figures, which remain faithful to the comics created by Robert Kirkman, Corey Walker and Ryan Ottley.

The first set of figures are titled the Invincible Animation Deluxe Action Figures and is a Diamond Select Toys release. Sculpted by Chris Dahlberg, the first assortment of seven-inch action figures feature up-and-coming superhero Invincible and his alien father Omni-Man.

Each comes with 16 points of articulation and interchangeable heads and hands, as well as various accessories: a concrete block and Flaxan arm for Omni-Man, a Reanimen head for Invincible and baseball gloves for both. They both come packaged in a full-color window box with hangtag, and retail for $24.99/each. The Invincible and Omni-Man figures will be up for pre-order on Wednesday, Dec. 23 and will release in the summer of 2021.

From The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, and based on the Skybound/Image comic of the same name by Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, Invincible is an adult animated superhero show that revolves around seventeen-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), who’s just like every other guy his age — except that his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man (J.K. Simmons). But as Mark develops powers of his own, he discovers that his father’s legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.
