Another look at Spider-Man from Infinity War depicts the full coloring and textures of the mechanical spider limbs. The promo art seems to show that the legs have the same coloring scheme as the rest of the Iron Spider suit.

First glimpsed at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, the Iron Spider armor was a gift from Tony Stark to help Peter Park bring his career as a superhero to the next level. While the color scheme is largely different, all the suit's features seem to be lifted directly from the comics. The biggest difference is the that there are four legs instead of three.
