With Pixar's Incredibles 2 arriving on digital home video this Tuesday, deleted scenes from the blockbuster animated film have begun to arrive online with the latest unveiling a particular fan-favorite character.

Frozone's wife Honey, who had previously been heard in the film and its 2004 predecessor, officially makes her visual debut in an unused animatic sequence from the sequel that will be included with the home video release.

Released through io9, the scene shows a rough animatic of the film's opening action sequence from a new perspective as an unnamed woman watches the Underminer devastate the city. Silently, she grabs Frozone's costume revealing herself as the superhero's wife.

Introduced by filmmaker Brad Bird, the director felt the scene distracted audiences too much from the main action while ruining the joke of what Honey ultimately looks like. While concept art of the character is included, Bird prefers Honey's final appearance to be up to the viewers' imaginations.

Written and directed once again by Brad Bird, Incredibles 2 stars Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Samuel L. Jackson, Sophia Bush, Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Isabella Rossellini, and Brad Bird. The film will be released on home video digitally on October 23 followed by a Blu-ray release on November 6.
