The Immortal Hulk is at war with the human world.

Marvel Comics has given CBR an exclusive preview of Al Ewing and Joe Bennett's Immortal Hulk #26, which opens with Bruce Banner broadcasting a speech from Shadow Base decrying "the human world." As the pages continue, it's revealed through various broadcasts reacting to the incident that Hulk has apparently "officially declared war against the human species." This may be linked to one of the news reports, which talks about gamma radiation causing mutations. Just how reflective of Banner's actual speech these readings are isn't clear, as what exactly he says after his initial lament isn't shown.
