Acclaimed comic book creator Sina Grace (Self-Obsessed, The Lil' Depressed Boy) is teaming up with Omar Spahi (Ben 10) and Jenny D. Fine for the new Image Comics miniseries Getting It Together this October and CBR has an exclusive extended preview of the opening issue.

Following a group of twenty-something young professionals navigating love and heartbreak in the Bay Area, the four-issue miniseries opens with Sam getting dumped by his longtime girlfriend Lauren, sending shockwaves through their friend group, with Lauren's brother and Sam's best friend Jack caught in the middle. Channeling the lovelorn comedy of popular sitcoms like Friends, Getting It Together is written by Grace and Spahi and illustrated by Grace and Fine, bringing the emotional rollercoaster that comes with romantic love to the forefront for the social media age.

For Grace, the miniseries was something a creative homecoming for the creator after working on licensed comic books for the past several years.
