Daniel Craig has played James Bond across five films, including the upcoming, still-untitled James Bond 25.

One of the most consistent rumors about who is being considered to be his eventual replacement have centered around Idris Elba becoming the first black actor to portray the character. Elba has told reporters that he is not involved in the film, but he and Craig at least acknowledged the rumors with a bit of a cheeky laugh.

In this meantime, Craig and Elba are having a bit of fun at the expense of the rumor. James Bond 25 is expected to be Craig's final turn as Bond, regardless of who signs up as his replacement.

Cary Joji Fukunaga (True Detective) will direct James Bond 25. Starring Daniel Craig as James Bond, the film is currently scheduled to premiere sometime in 2020.
