It's hard to put your finger on what is most unsettling about this creepily realistic Joker sculpture, but it will surely haunt your dreams. London-based artist Baris Kareli produced this interpretation of the antihero and, although the scale is only one-third, it might be the most realistic imagining of the character outside of the film itself.

Kareli, founder of Artisnt Studio, is a sculptor, creature designer and model maker who is known for his hyper realistic creations. He posted these videos of the finished Joker rendering and it's unsettling, to say the least! In the clip below, Kareli reaches into frame to manipulate the sculpture, showing it's not quite as big as Joaquin Phoenix's actual head, which also comes as a bit of visual shock.

What is most remarkable, however, is just how very lifelike the sculpture is. From the texture of the eyebrows to the fixed, manic grin, it looks so real. You can check out of Kareli's work on his Instagram or Etsy shop.

Directed by Todd Phillips, Joker stars Joaquin Phoenix, Robert De Niro, Zazie Beetz, Bill Camp, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Douglas Hodge, Marc Maron, Josh Pais and Shea Whigham. It will be available on digital HD on Dec. 17 and Blu-ray and DVD on Jan. 7.
