Neferpitou is one of the main antagonists who appeared in Hunter x Hunter's Chimera Ant arc. They're also one of the most powerful characters to have ever appeared in the series, which is what makes their role even more profound in a series already populated with some powerful antagonists and rivals.
Pitou worked under Meruem as one of the members of his Royal Guard. Like the other two members of the Guard, Pitou, too, was stronger than nearly every other character in the series. 10 Stronger: Meruem Is The Strongest Of All The Chimera Ants
Meruem is the strongest known character to have ever appeared in Hunter x Hunter and he even led the Chimera Ants as their King. He was born with incredible power and intellect that nobody in the world could possibly match.
His Nen ability only grew stronger with time and even someone like Netero failed to defeat him in combat. Pitou served as one of his Royal Guards and thus was inferior to him in every way. Even the other guards couldn't compare to Meruem's level.
9 Weaker: Killua Was Not Strong Enough To Take Neferpitou In A Fight
Killua is one of the main characters in Hunter x Hunter and an incredibly powerful Hunter. His specialty is in assassination techniques and he's one of the best at using Transmutation Nen abilities as well.
While Killua is strong, he's definitely not strong enough to take on Neferpitou in a fight. Killua's strongest known technique, known as Godspeed, wasn't enough to inflict any serious damage to Youpi, which says a lot about how he compares to Neferpitou. It will take Killua quite some time to actually get anywhere close to their power level.
8 Stronger: Menthuthuyoupi Has Raw Strength To Back Him Up
Simply known as Youpi, he also served as one of Meruem's Royal Guard, just like Neferpitou. It is easy to see that Youpi was on the same level as Pitou themselves. In terms of Nen and raw strength, Youpi could've possibly been superior to Pitou.
On the other hand, Pitou was more calculating and more agile than him. However, strength does play a vital role and we think Youpi was superior and few could hope to achieve a similar level.
7 Weaker: Kurapika Is Only Highly Effective Against The Phantom Troupe
Kurapika is a member of the Kurta Clan whose goal is to avenge his clan's annihilation at the hands of the Phantom Troupe. He is also an incredibly powerful Hunter who specializes in Conjuration-based techniques.
Furthermore, a special ability of his clan is accessible through his scarlet eyes and it gives him full domain over all the other types of Nen other than Conjuration as well. Despite all this, Kurapika is only highly effective against the Phantom Troupe. Kurapika will not fare too well when fighting the Chimera Ants, especially when up against one of the strongest of them all in Neferpitou.
6 Stronger: Netero Held His Own Against Meruem
The former chairman of the Hunter Association, Netero proved to be quite a character when he fought against the likes of Meruem and managed to hold his own against him.
Although initially it was revealed that the Royal Guard members were all superior to Netero, it certainly didn't seem that way, especially when Netero actually inflicted some injuries on him. When the two briefly clashed, Pitou got a taste of what Netero was capable of. While Pitou is strong, we highly doubt that she'll be able to survive his Bodhisattva techniques, especially the 0th Hand.
5 Weaker: Leorio Is Nowhere As Strong As His Friends Or Their Enemies
Another member of Gon's team, Leorio is a smart and funny doctor who also knows how to fight and lead, which is what makes him so loved among the fans. Leorio is adept at using Nen although at a basic level.
During the initial arcs of Hunter x Hunter, he appeared to be very promising. However, his powers became pretty common as the series progressed and he also got left behind. All his friends are much stronger than him and they still won't be able to take down Pitou. For Leorio, the risk is nigh impossible.
4 Stronger: Adult Gon Is Incredibly Overpowered While In This Form
After getting consumed by rage and anger Gon sacrificed his Nen to gain some incredible short-term power that allowed him to get much stronger than he actually was. According to what we were told in the story, Gon could've rivaled Meruem in terms of combat.
Unfortunately for Pitou, Gon was tremendously powerful in this form, which is precisely why it wasn't hard for him to deal with Pitou once and for all. Gon already fought them once and emerged victorious without any trouble whatsoever.
3 Weaker: Chrollo Is Too Weak Compared To The Chimera Ants
Chrollo is the leader of the Phantom Troupe, one of the most powerful organizations in the world of Hunter x Hunter. He is an incredibly powerful guy whose Nen ability makes him a threat to nearly anyone.
Chrollo has the power to steal the Nen ability of other people and use it for himself. He can also use all Nen types as if they were natural to him. In his fight against Zeno and Silva, we could see how powerful he truly was. Unfortunately, someone like Meruem can take on the entire Phantom Troupe by himself and still win.
2 Stronger: Ging Is One Of The Most Powerful Characters So Far Despite Mostly Unknown Abilities
Ging is one of the most powerful characters in Hunter x Hunter, and according to Netero, he is one of the top five best Nen users. As such, he should be someone close to old Netero in terms of skill, if not on par.
Ging's abilities have largely remained unknown so far, but they will hopefully be revealed to fans and viewers later on. If his skills as a Hunter are anywhere close to Netero, he should be able to put up a fight against Pitou, and with luck on his side, he might even win.
1 Weaker: Hisoka Is Still Human And Is Weaker Than Netero
A former member of the Phantom Troupe, Hisoka is an incredibly powerful guy with a rather surprising Nen ability. With his Bungee Gum powers, Hisoka has been able to break through every wall that has ever stood in front of him. He even served as one of the anime's first major antagonists, putting up a fight that forced Gon and company into a corner more than once.
However, he's still human and someone who's much weaker than Netero. In fact, Hisoka's skill didn't even pique Netero's interest, which says a lot about him. Since even Netero could barely take on Pitou, it is preposterous to think that Hisoka could.
