Hulu's How I Met Your Mother sequel series How I Met Your Father confirmed its series premiere date.The announcement arrived by way of a video featuring the show's cast, who confirmed the series premieres Jan. 18.
Created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, How I Met Your Father was announced in April 2021 and will feature Hilary Duff in both the starring role and as a producer, with How I Met Your Mother's Carter Bays and Craig Thomas executive producing.

"Isaac and Elizabeth have an inspired take on this new version that honors what Carter and Craig created with the original and moves the franchise forward. In addition to Duff as Sophie, How I Met Your Father stars Kim Cattrall as an older Sophie, Chris Lowell as Jesse, Francia Raisa as Valentina, Josh Peck as Drew and more.
How I Met Your Father premieres Jan. 18, 2022 on Hulu.
