Hugh Jackman took his ongoing rivalry with fellow actor Ryan Reynolds to the next level by recruiting Reynolds' own mother to take part in a new commercial promoting their current charitable partnership with Sam's Club."This holiday season, every time you buy Laughing Man Coffee at Sam's Club, you'll be helping coffee farming communities around the world," Jackman says while standing next to his frenemy in an ad explaining their new initiative dubbed "The Feud." "The Laughing Man Foundation invests in programs that clear the way to health and growth for coffee farmers and their families. And a special word for those who'd rather buy Aviation Gin, stop enabling this man. He's not my friend, he's not your friend, I'm pretty sure he's nobody's friend."RELATED: Ryan Reynolds Reveals Hidden Easter Egg in Rick Moranis' Mint Mobile Ad

Jackman ups the ante when he also asks Reynolds's mother Tammy to join in on the banter, asking, "Isn't that right, Ryan's mom?" Reynolds's mom then appears via FaceTime, saying, "That's right, Hugh." When the visibly shocked Deadpool star asks how that happened, Jackman replies, "She's staying with me."

Jackman and Reynolds recently partnered with Sam's Club for "The Feud," an initiative that encourages shoppers at the retail chain to support either Jackman's Laughing Man Foundation or side with Reynolds, who is working with the SickKids Foundation. The Toronto-based organization fights for the health and well-being of children through funding child health research, learning and care.

Jackman also shared the ad on his official Twitter account, writing in the caption, "Hi Tammy!" Appropriately, one of the top responses to the ad was from Reynolds, who jokingly wrote, "Let my mom go." Reynolds continued the joke by posting a photo with his mother and explaining that she had safely returned home.

Jackman launched Laughing Man Coffee Company with business partner David Steingard back in 2011. While the company was acquired by Keurig in 2015 and has a line of K-Cups, two Laughing Man cafés still operate independently in New York City. Meanwhile, Reynolds sold Aviation Gin to liquor giant Diageo for $610 million in August of this year. His other ventures include a partnership with the Mint Mobile wireless service and the film production company Maximum Effort, which is named after one of his Deadpool catchphrases.

Reynolds and Jackman have a longstanding frenemy relationship that evolved during their time starring as X-Men characters Deadpool and Wolverine, respectively. Back in September, Reynolds jokingly narrated a day in Jackman's life with and without coffee in another commercial for Laughing Man.
