Guy Ritchie’s The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is off and running. After hitting many roadblocks along the way, the film has two stars in Henry Cavill and Armie Hammer, who are looking to start shooting the ’60s-set spy film in September.
And now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the two lead actors will be joined by Hugh Grant.
The actor known mostly for romantic comedies will play the head of British Naval Intelligence, an ally of main characters Napoleon Solo (Cavill) and Illya Kuryakin (Hammer).
The film was co-written by Ritchie and Lionel Wigram, who also penned Sherlock Holmes, and takes an origin-story approach to the characters.
