Hugh Grant Joins The Massive Ensemble In Cloud Atlas

Cloud Atlas is something that's worth tuning into if you haven't already.

Tom Tykwer, along with Andy and Lana Wachowski, have come together to co-write/direct the adaptation of David Mitchell's time-jumping 2004 novel. They've assembled a very large ensemble of talented performers to take on multiple roles in the film, and today we learn they've added one more: Hugh Grant.

The news comes from Variety, although there's no word on which role or roles he'll be playing. The actor joins a cast that already includes Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Susan Sarandon, Jim Broadbent, Jim Sturgess and Ben Whishaw.

The trade paper also confirms a couple of other previously unreported cast members, including Keith David, David Gyasi, Zhou Xun and Doona Bae.
