These young heroes have proved themselves time and again, and the Justice League could use some of them to bolster the ranks.

The Justice League has the best B-list heroes around. Only in the League could someone like Shazam or Aquaman be considered a B-lister. The Justice League's B-listers are a big reason the team has been so successful in the past. There's a reason the Satellite Era League is such a beloved and successful League roster. They let their B-list members do a lot of heavy lifting, working to their strengths.
5 The Justice League Should Headhunt From Other Teams

His shapeshifting powers make him an expert infiltrator, and he has nearly unmatched physical might. Falling back on Martian Manhunter is never a bad idea.

Batman is the League's master tactician, something that has bitten the team several times. For example, Batman having plans to take down the team in case they do rogue is a good idea, as long as everyone knows they were made. Brother Eye is not a terrible idea, as long as it's not a secret.
Even with these mistakes, Batman's plans are still the best things going. Members of the Justice League don't always trust the Dark Knight, but he's the one to go to when they need a plan. They shouldn't hold Batman back, but let him do whatever he wants. He doesn't need to give them all the info on everything, he just has to not keep it secret.
