WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Season 3 of How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast), now streaming on Netflix.

Season 2 of How to Sell Drugs Fast (Online) shocked fans with how Moritz (Maximilian Mundt) turned on his crew in Rinseln. He took their company, MyDrugs, and partnered with Dutch drug dealers at GoodTimes as he felt this was the best way to get rich and maintain control of his pill-peddling vision. However, just as Lenny warned, they'd stab him in the back, which causes Mo in Season 3 to come up with a plan to cut free and bring his ex-bosses down. Sadly, it backfires and the consequences are dire for Mo's crew.

The Dutch have been sinister since Mo met them but he's been blinded by greed. Still, he knows not to cross them after a colleague, Mia, got killed by their hitman, Maarten. The bosses, Marlene and Beeke, have subtly let their workers know that while they've got a millennial startup feel, they're still a cartel at the end of the day and the only way out of the gang is death, unless it's sanctioned.

They like the nerdy, ambitious Mo, though, but bit by bit, he realizes they don't trust him with the business. They're taking control of his online shop and even injure a brand specialist Mo hires to help him out. Thus, Mo decides to hack the customers list, using them, distributors and workers in the office to steal pills. He dons an anonymous identity, blackmailing them via text to form a chain to sneak $1 million dollars worth of drugs from Rotterdam to Rinseln.

He's reformed his partnership with Dan and Lenny, and once they reopen their own site, they can sell the drugs to pay for Lenny's cancer treatment. The icing on the cake comes with Mo outing the Dutch bosses to Kämper, the police inspector who's been tailing him. He's suspicious that Mo's the dealer known as "M1000," but Mo's worked out a deal where he feeds intel to Kämper to raid GoodTimes' soft drink front. This would make his career, while leaving Mo free to sell his stolen loot and save his friend in one last job.

It's a great plan and seems watertight, with Mo also using gangster contacts from the Albanians in Season 1 to threaten the Dutch in prison into silence. However, the big twist is that the Dutch had some loyal employees in Mo's chain who informed them of the theft and raid.

The only thing they could do was swap themselves out as the plan was already in motion, bringing three Germans in and tricking them into thinking they were in an escape room so they would be arrested. It takes a while for Kämper to clear this up, but by that time the Dutch have arrived in the final couple episodes to kill Mo. They used Mo's plan against him as it distracted Kämper, allowing them to sneak into Rinseln at the graduation party.

And as they hold Dan and an inebriated Mo and Lenny hostage away from the noise, they want revenge for Moritz stealing their drugs and what's essentially their site as it's built on their dime. The inexperienced teens can't swindle their way out of this gunpoint encounter, and unless Mo gives them back the code for the online portal, they'll be killed with no one hearing their screams.
