Hulu released the first trailer for How I Met Your Father.
The trailer begins with Kim Cattrall's older Sophie preparing to tell her children how she met their father. It then cuts to a younger Sophie, played by Hilary Duff, in 2022 as she navigates the New York City dating scene via Tinder.
How I Met Your Father was announced in April 2021 and features Duff in both the starring role and as a producer, with How I Met Your Mother's Carter Bays and Craig Thomas executive producing. The new show was created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, who co-showrun This Is Us, and in addition to Duff and Cattrall, it stars Chris Lowell as Jesse, Francia Raisa as Valentina, Josh Peck as Drew and more.
