WARNING: The following contains major spoilers for "The Last Utopian Meets the Last Son of the Gods" from Heroes Reborn #6 by Jason Aaron, Erica D'Urso, Jason Keith and VC's Cory Petit, on sale now.

Ever since Heroes Reborn began, the Squadron Supreme has stood tall as Earth's Mightiest Heroes in a world that has never known the Avengers. The shining champions of this twisted world are immaculate on the surface, but it doesn't take much digging to find the horrors hiding just behind their facades. Each member of the Squadron has proven themselves capable of unrelenting violence and cruelty, but the Squadron's answer to Wonder Woman, Power Princess, just took the top spot as this reality's most ruthless hero.

As Heroes Reborn #6 shows, Zarda is undoubtedly one of the strongest members of the Squadron Supreme. When Heroes Reborn #6 opens, she is deep in combat with All-Gog, who has made it his mission to slay any and every god he comes across. This is an undertaking that Zarda herself is familar with, as she has bested plenty of divine beings in her time as a hero. It doesn't take her long to eviscerate All-Gog before turning him to stone, leaving him in her garden alongside the likes of Knull, Janet Van Dyne and Hela. It isn't just the thrill of besting her foes that keeps Zarda going, but rather the violence itself. Even in her most peaceful and victorious moments, she looks for ways to start a fight between anyone she can -- including her own teammates.

Back at her stronghold within the Statue of Liberty, Power Princess considers the battles she's fought and the wars she's won. For every victory that she has claimed, Zarda seeks yet another, and she doesn't mind instigating fights between others so long as she can get in the middle of the action. The animosity between Nighthawk and Hyperion has already boiled over into a superhero Civil War in this universe once, much like as it did etween Captain America and Iron Man in the main Marvel Universe, and Power Princess considers nudging the Squadron into another one.

She even thinks back to this reality's version of the War of the Realms. In the main Marvel Universe, this event came about after Malekith's return. When he emerged the victor from the civil war he started amongst his own people, he continued on in his campaign of violence before setting its final sights on Midgard. It seems that something very similar has happened in the world of Heroes Reborn.

By any measure, the Squadron Supreme are far from good guys, and that goes doubly so for Power Princess. None of her fellow Squadron members from this reality have many redeeming qualities, and they have all displayed some amount of narcissism, apathy or violent nationalism. Zarda looks like the odd one out, as she appears to be the only one among them with no real moral compass at all. Even Hyperion and Doctor Spectrum are driven by a demented sense of duty or dharma, but Zarda is only interested in bloodshed. She might not actually go through with her plans to set her fellow heroes against one another, but she is certainly the one that they all need to be keeping a close eye on.
