After a puzzling marketing decision that kept his beloved character out of practically all of Justice League's promotional material, Superman actor Henry Cavill can finally step out of the shadows now that the film is set to release this week. To celebrate the debut of the superhero ensemble, the Man of Steel -- mustache and all -- took to his Instagram to thank DCEU fans everywhere for their undying support.

Specifically thanking fans for their "patience" and "belief in the magic," Cavill said he believes fans will have their stoicism rewarded when they see the film in theaters this weekend. Earlier this week, Cavill promised that Justice League will feature the "first time we see the true Superman. The Superman who is confident, and sure, and full of hope and joy."
