Yes, it's another big week.  Oh well - we can eat Hamburger Helper all week!  I will point out that I am not buying Ultimates 2 #13, no matter who suggests it.  Yes, my Mark Millar boycott is small and petty, but it's mine, and I'm sticking to it.  I would also like to point out that the hardcover edition of Mouse Guard is coming out, and I would encourage you to get it at some point.  I just got it in the mail, and it's gorgeous.  It's 25 bucks, but it's very much worth it.  Anyway, let me know your pick for this week!

And, as an added bonus, Saturday is my birthday, so I want to buy myself a present.  Therefore, your pick for this week should also include ... the Essential or Showcase volume that I should buy on my birthday!  (Yes, I know I don't need an excuse to buy comics, but I like to have one.)  I already own the first eight volumes of Essential Spider-Man (Amazing edition), the first two volumes of Essential Fantastic Four, and the only volume (so far) of Essential Moon Knight.  I own no Showcase editions.  So there's a lot out there to choose from!  Give me your choice of which big hulking volume of oldy-tyme comicks I should buy!
