In some good news for DC Universe, Warner Bros. has confirmed HBO Max won't cause any changes to the DC streaming service.

After the announcement of HBO Max, some DC Universe users were worried about what would happen to the streaming service's original shows and extensive library of comics. However, Warner Bros. confirmed to io9 that DC Universe will remain unchanged. Notably, a trailer for HBO Max listed Doom Patrol as one of the shows to appear on its service, which could mean the show will appear on both streaming services.

HBO Now, HBO Go and CW Seed are other services under the WarnerMedia umbrella that won't change due to HBO Max, according to The Hollywood Reporter. A huge amount of content is slated to appear on the HBO Max app, including programs from HBO, TBS, Crunchyroll and CNN. Plenty of original content will appear on the app as well, like a Dune TV series and a new show by J.J. Abrams and Jordan Peele.

DC Universe is currently releasing new episodes of Swamp Thing and Young Justice: Outsiders. Users can also catch up on Titans and Doom Patrol, the service's other original programs.

HBO Max is slated to launch in spring 2020.
