For a brief moment on March 8, HBO Max subscribers attempting to watch the new Tom & Jerry movie accidentally got to stream a portion of Zack Snyder's Justice League 10 days before its official March 18 release date.This error was first noted on Twitter by Doug Bass of Charlotte, North Carolina. When trying to play Tom & Jerry, he got to watch an hour of the superhero movie director's cut, which he spoke highly of, before HBO Max corrected the glitch. Other Twitter users noted the glitch as well. According to The Hollywood Reporter, an error message showed up when trying to watch Tom & Jerry before Justice League started playing.
The error was fixed quickly enough that it seems unlikely anyone got the chance to watch the full four-hour Snyder Cut before the leak was taken down and Tom & Jerry was restored to the streaming service.
