Hayley Atwell Willing To Do "Whatever It Takes" For More "Agent Carter"

Marvel fans were disheartened to hear that after two seasons, ABC decided to cancel "Agent Carter." Despite ending on a cliffhanger that saw one regular cast member shot dead, the '40s-set spy drama would not continue on. But while series lead Hayley Atwell has a new drama series on ABC called "Conviction," the actress recently revealed during an appearance at MegaCon in Orlando that she's game for more "Carter."

One panel attendee tweeted quotes from Atwell, while reveal her love for the character and willingness to do more -- even if it means shooting more "Carter" while also working on "Conviction."

Netflix: "YES 100%. I love Peggy. I love the people working on this project. A privilege and an honor to bring her back to the fans."

Atwell's not the only "Agent Carter" actor ready for more; Dominic Cooper, who played Howard Stark on the series, has also expressed interest in seeing the show return. "I'm well up for doing more Howard Stark and I know [Atwell and James D'Arcy are] up for doing more of their characters, so fingers crossed," said Cooper on Monday.

Following "Carter's" cancellation, a petition was launched by fans campaigning for Netflix to pick up the series. As of this writing, the petition has over 115K signatures.
