Carter Hall will reunite with the Justice Society of America in September's Hawkman #27, by Robert Venditti, Fernando Pasarin and Oclair Albert.
According to the solicitation for the upcoming issue, Hawkman and Hawkwoman will get "the precious gift of life" one final time and use it to take a trip to the past to rejoin the JSA. However, the combined presence of the Injustice Society and a "mysterious figure" may bring the Winged Warriors' trip to a screeching halt.
