A newly released set photo from Disney+'s Hawkeye features both Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton/Hawkeye and Alaqua Cox's Maya Lopez/Echo sporting comics-accurate costumes. The picture sees Cox donning an outfit that bears a resemblance to her look in the comics, namely thanks to the facepaint and the mark on the left side of the chest. As for Renner, his costume appears to be ripped straight from the pages of Matt Fraction and David Aja's acclaimed Hawkeye run, which will heavily influence the Marvel Studios series.RELATED: Hawkeye's Jeremy Renner Marks Final Day Of Filming With A Farewell Message

Created by David Mack and Joe Quesada, Echo debuted in 1999's Daredevil #9. The character is a Deaf Native American whose abilities allow her to mimic the movements of her opponents, much like the villainous Taskmaster. Shortly after Hawkeye began production, it was announced that Echo would feature in the series, and in late March, it was also reported that the character would headline her own Disney+ spinoff, though details remain scarce.

Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner reprising his role as Clint Barton, a role he first started playing in 2011's Thor. The series is expected to follow Clint as he trains Kate Bishop to become the new Hawkeye. The show is also expected to examine Clint's time as Ronin, the superhero identity he took during the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Hawkeye stars Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton, Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, Jolt as Pizza Dog/Lucky, Vera Farmiga as Eleanor Bishop, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Fra Fee as Kazi, Tony Dalton as Jack Duquesne/Swordsman, Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez/Echo and Zahn McClarnon as William Lopez. The Disney+ series has yet to receive a premiere date.
