Transformers fans rejoice! Hasbro is allowing the always-loyal fanbase the opportunity to vote for which Decepticon they want to see get a Transformers: War for Cybertron figure.
The Transformers Facebook page revealed the first teaser image featuring four hidden Decepticons on June 12. The next day those Decepticons were revealed to be Gnaw, Runamuck, Needlenose and Shrapnel.
Fans are able to vote by sharing the name of their favorite Decepticon in the post's comment section, with the winner announced on July 17.
Transformers: War for Cybertron will feature "a new animation look and style that presents the Transformers like you’ve never seen them before."
The Transformers started out as a toy line from Hasbro in 1984. They quickly became a popular cartoon, expanding into comic books, movies and video games. To date, there are over 25 different animated series featuring the Transformers, with Transformers: War for Cybertron being the most recent.
Back in 2010, Activision published a video game also called Transformers: War for Cybertron, which also explored the Autobots' adventures before they came to Earth. It's unclear if War for Cybertron will be similar to or borrow from the High Moon Studios game.
Transformers: War for Cybertron will premiere on Netflix in 2020.
