Hasbro has officially announced the return of Hasbro Pulse Con for 2022 alongside the promise of major announcements.
Hasbro Pulse Con is set to stream live from Sept. 30 through Oct. 1. Apart from celebrating Hasbro's dozens of fan-favorite brands, Pulse Con will be hosted by Holes actor Khleo Thomas, and is slated to reveal a plethora of new products, as well as news of various upcoming projects. Alongside the announcement, Hasbro also revealed new figures from G.I. JOE, Transformers, Andor and The Mandalorian.
Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hasbro Pulse Kwamina Crankson noted, "Connecting with our fans through Pulse Con and seeing their commitment and passion for our iconic brands is such a special time of year, and we’re thrilled to return bigger and better at the end of the month." He also remarked on the increased spectacle for this year's Pulse Con over the first in 2021, saying, "By expanding our reach this year, we’re able to celebrate with fans in all-new territories. I’m excited to share our fan-focused programming – it will feature some unforgettable announcements, reveals and panels to highlight our brands and to connect with the best fans in the world."
Get Ready for Various Fandoms to Collide
The virtual event will showcase various content from Hasbro franchises, including Magic: the Gathering, Transformers, Avalon Hill, Starting Lineup, Fortnite, G.I. JOE, and Power Rangers, the latter of which will be reaching its 30th-anniversary milestone in 2023. Pulse Con will also showcase products and projects from "premier collaboration brands" such as the Indiana Jones franchise.
Apart from various announcements, product reveals, and guest appearances, virtual attendees will get a chance to preorder exclusive Pulse Con 2022 products and merchandise, including Star Wars' "The Vintage Collection The Rescue Set Multipack" and "The Black Series Cassian Andor & B2EMO," G.I. Joe's "Classified Series Serpentor & Air Chariot," and the Transformers: Legacy "A Hero is Born: Alpha Trion & Orion Pax 2- Pack." Magic: The Gathering fans, meanwhile, can look forward to the announcement of a brand-new Secret Lair drop.
Hasbro Pulse Con 2022 is set to kick off with a pre-show on Sept. 30 at 8 a.m. PT and will run through Oct. 1. Fans can follow along for themselves on the official Hasbro Pulse YouTube channel.
