Han Solo himself is headed to ABC.

Harrison Ford will host a segment of ABC's "The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60" which reveals new details for Disney's "Star Wars" theme parks. "Star Wars"-themed attractions are currently under construction at Disney's Anaheim and Orlando locations, but details about the plans have been few and far between. However, the special promises to offer viewers more information about the upcoming attractions.

In order to make way for "Star Wars," the Anaheim park has closed ten attractions, some of which will never be reopened, and rides like Space Mountain and Star Tours have been updated with special effects from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." Construction on the new "Star Wars"-themed attractions is expected to take a year or longer.

While Ford will host this "Star Wars" segment, Derek Hough will host the overall special with appearances from Elton John, Josh Gad and Witney Carson. The special will begin shooting on January 29 and is scheduled to air on Sunday, February 21.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is now playing in theaters and stars franchise veterans Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels and Kenny Baker, joined by newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie and Max von Sydow.
