Harley is smart enough to know that the Joker will try to use one of his numerous pathogens against her. The problem is she doesn't know how or when. This will be a big problem for her, as he can wait until she's in close, let off a Joker gas grenade, and watch her die.

Harley Quinn fit in so well with the Joker because of her capacity for cruelty. Harley could be just as bad as her former boss when the fancy struck her. She's reformed and is ostensibly a good guy, but one thing that hasn't changed is her cruelty. Harley doesn't suffer fools, and she doesn't treat enemies with kid gloves.

If the Joker goes into the battle expecting a softer Harley, he's in for a rude awakening. She will not take it easy against him because she's now a hero, and he will learn that she remembers everything he taught her. Furthermore, Harley has a lot of anger at the Joker banked up and would unleash it all against him.

Harley may think she knows the Joker, but he's never going to do anything in a way she'd expect. He's smart, and he's been doing this a long time. Harley is better than him in a lot of ways, but he's going to surprise her.
