In a "special first look" at the upcoming second season of DC Universe's Harley Quinn, the titular main character is shown going against one of Batman's most famous rogues: the Penguin.

The clip opens after Harley Quinn has seemingly been trapped by Penguin/Oswald Cobblepot. As he begins taunting Quinn, she promptly bites his nose off. The two then do battle in what looks to be an empty casino.

First appearing in the second episode of Season 1, Jurassic Park's Wayne Knight voices Penguin in DC Universe's Harley Quinn. The character is introduced as a member of the Legion of Doom, which Harley Quinn desperately wants to join.

Season 1 followed Harley in a quest to join the Legion of Doom with the help of her own team of villains, including King Shark, Clayface, Poison Ivy, Doctor Psycho and Sy Borgman. The first season featured 13 episodes and was met with mostly positive reviews from viewers. The last episode of the first season aired on February 21, 2020.

The second season of Harley Quinn will likely show the return of most of the main cast, with several new additions, including Alfred Molina as Dr. Victor Fries/Mr. Freeze and Sanaa Lathan as Selina Kyle/Catwoman.
