Comic-Con International 2014 is fast approaching, and DC Comics has a special way of celebrating the massive entertainment event. The publisher announced a Harley Quinn Comic-Con-themed one-shot in March written by Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner, and new details about the issue have arisen via TV Guide. "Harley Quinn Invades Comic-Con International: San Diego" will not only feature Harley Quinn as she pitches her made-up comic book character Hurl Girl -- a superhero whose power is to throw up -- it also marks a comic book appearance by "Arrow" star Stephen Amell.

"We've been going to Comic-Con for over 20 years and we tried to put in all the positive stuff," Palmiotti told TV Guide. "We wanted to celebrate Comic-Con rather than go after it. Because that's a whole different book altogether."

The one-shot will feature art from a myriad of artists including Conner, who will provide the art for pages drawn by Harley Quinn herself.

"She's out of her mind, so anything goes," Conner said. "There's nothing we can think up that's too crazy for Harley, and that's the best thing. We'll think of something absolutely insane and, [realize] oh yeah, we can do that with Harley."

"Harley Quinn Invades Comic-Con International: San Diego" hits stores July 16.
