Even though "Suicide Squad" has already run through theaters and come out on Blu-ray, more and more photos and behind-the-scenes looks at the film are seeing the light of day. We've seen alternate costume designs, new set photos, new photographs for Captain Boomerang, Harley Quinn and Enchantress, and also seen one of the film's many deleted scenes.
To ring in the new year, photographer Clay Enos shared a new shot of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. The image debuted on the social network Vero and was shared via Batman-News. The photo shows a confident and ready Harley, baseball bat and all, posing for the camera.
Announced in May, Robbie will next appear as Harley in “Gotham City Sirens,” an ensemble film that will feature several of DC Comics’ female heroes and villains. Margot Robbie will also executive produce through her first-look deal with Warner Bros. She reportedly pitched the idea for the film to the studio. Additionally, Warner Bros. is “still developing” a “Suicide Squad” sequel, which will likely feature Harley Quinn once again.
Written and directed by David Ayer, “Suicide Squad” also stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood and Cara Delevingne.
