Harley Quinn: DC Universe Reveals BTS Look at the Animated Series

The cast and creators of DC Universe's upcoming original series Harley Quinn offer an extended behind-the-scenes look at the animated series in a new promo.

Interspersed with new footage from the upcoming series, the cast tease what audiences should expect from the wacky, no-holds barred show from gory fight sequences to its completely unhinged sense of humor. As a sneak peek of his performance as the Joker, Alan Tudyk shares his maniacal laugh as the Clown Prince of Crime.

Poison Ivy voice actor Lake Bell reveals the series will have Harley try to break free from her toxic relationship with the Joker and become her own feared, solo figure in Gotham City.

Featuring an all-star cast of comedians voicing the extended ensemble of iconic DC Comics characters, footage includes Diedrich Bader reprising his role as Batman as Commissioner Jim Gordon awkwardly attempts to invite the Dark Knight to a cookout with his friends only to be immediately rebuffed.

DC Universe's Harley Quinn stars Kaley Cuoco, Lake Bell, Diedrich Bader, Alan Tudyk, Rahul Kohli, Christopher Meloni, Tony Hale, Ron Funches, Wanda Sykes, Natalie Morales, Jim Rash, Giancarlo Esposito, Jason Alexander and J.B. Smoove. The series slated to premiere in October.
