Cuoco herself is known for her comedic work on The Big Bang Theory. A first-look video for the series, also revealed at NYCC, set the tone. The video sees Harley and Poison Ivy sharing a cell in Arkham Asylum, with Harley occupying the role of an excitable supervillain, while Poison Ivy is ready to rain on just about anyone's parade. A previous report revealed that Harley and Poison Ivy will be gunning for a seat at the Legion of Doom roundtable when the series debuts.

Written and executive produced by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker and Dean Lorey for Warner Bros. Animation, the 26-episode first season of Harley Quinn arrives next year on DC Universe.
