The potential cast list for the standalone "Han Solo" film is continuing to grow, with the latest name attached to project being that of British actor and playwright Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

According to Variety, Waller-Bridge, best known for her BBC Three/Amazon comedy series "Fleabag," is currently in discussions to deliver a CGI-driven performance similar to that of Alan Tudyk's K-2SO in “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.”

Waller-Bridge, who wrote and starred in the original one-woman play on which "Fleabag" was based, is also known for her role as Barrister Abby Thompson in season two of the cult British detective series “Broadchurch,” which starred David Tennant and Olivia Coleman.

Production on the "Han Solo" movie, the first Star Wars anthology film to focus on a specific well-established character from the franchise, began in January, with Kathleen Kennedy and Allison Shearer serving as producers on the project.
