In "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," Peter Quill won't be the only character to get a family reunion. The next installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will also reunite Gamora with her sister Nebula, though they may not be too happy about it. A new TV spot for the upcoming film shines a spotlight on the two daughters of Thanos, who will work together to save the galaxy (again).

"My sister, the hero," Nebula says with some disdain in the teaser. "A garden of the galaxy!"

In true sibling fashion, it doesn't take long for Gamora to point out that she's actually a Guardian of the Galaxy. (What would it even mean if she was a Garden of the Galaxy, anyway?) Drax, of course, gets a good laugh out of that exchange.

"With family like this, who need enemies?" asks the narrator, as Nebula chases down Gamora with a spaceship and a hailstorm of bullets.

The new promo arrived just in time for National Sibling Day. The official Marvel Studios page, which released the teaser, even made note of that with the comment "Gamora and Nebula take sibling rivalry to a whole other galaxy" and the tag #NationalSiblingsDay

During a set visit, director James Gunn explained that "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" will focus on the relationship between the two sisters rather than their connection to Thanos. “It’s not about the sisters and their father. It’s about two sisters and what were the sisters’ problems with each other," he said.

“We learn a lot about their backstory actually and what happened to these two girls growing up,” added Karen Gillan, who plays Nebula.

“When it comes to her relationship with Nebula, I appreciate what James Gunn did,” shared Zoe Saldana, who will reprise her role as Gamora. “He definitely heard what the fans were saying, you know.”

Written and directed by James Gunn, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2″ stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, and Kurt Russell. “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” arrives in theaters May 5.
