Director James Gunn has announced a "Guardians of the Galaxy"/"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" double feature will be screened Thursday, May 4, in select theaters, just as the hotly anticipated Marvel Studios sequel is rolling out nationwide.

It's important to note the event will begin at 4:30 p.m., which may mean you'll have to sneak out of work a little early. But, hey, it's the Guardians; it's worth it. Heck, just call off sick and make a day of it.
