Michael Rosenbaum, who appears in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 as the Ravager Martinex T'Naga, joined up with other original Guardians members in a behind-the-scenes photo.The image shows Rosenbaum with his face covered in motion-capture dots as he stands alongside Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, as well as Sylvester Stallone and Michelle Yeoh, who portrayed Stakar Ogord and Aleta Ogord, respectively.

In Marvel Comics, Rosenbaum, Stallone and Yeoh's characters are all members of the original Guardians of the Galaxy, who were created by Stan Lee and Arnold Drake. Other members of the original team included Captain Charlie-27 and Yondu Udonta, who were played in the film by Ving Rhames and Michael Rooker.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 featured the return of Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon Gamora, Drax the Destroyer and Groot. The film also introduced Pom Klementieff's Mantis as a new member of the team and began the redemption arc of Nebula.

The next installment in the franchise is the forthcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

Written and directed by James Gunn, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 currently has no release date. However, the film is expected to begin production in February 2021.
