Ryan Reynolds just can't stop himself saying yes to movies. Not only does he have Deadpool, RIPD, Safehouse and the Green Lantern movies in his future, but now he's also apparently teaming with The Hangover's Bradley Cooper to play kids of cops.

The Risky Business blog is reporting that Reynolds and Cooper are both attached to a new script by Up In The Air screenwriter Sheldon Turner about two San Francisco cops whose fathers also worked together on the force; the movie, which currently has no title, is described as having "an updated Lethal Weapon flavor that plays into edgier R-rated territory," and if you're wondering which one is going to be too old for this shit this time around, then the answer is neither; that role goes to the characters' fathers, who are forced to come out of retirement to help their sons with one last case.

So far, the project is not attached to any studio.
