DC has revealed the first look at Green Lantern: Blackstars #2 by writer Gran Morrison, artist Xermanico and colorist Steve Oliff, which introduces a cruel portrayal of Superman by Morrison.

"It's my cruelest portrayal of Superman that I've ever done, that makes him out to be the worst he can possibly be," Morrison said in a statement. "I'm hoping people will really dig it, because it's almost a roast of modern comics, including my own."
