Goyer, the studio’s go-to guy on DC Comics projects ranging from “Man of Steel” to “Constantine” to “The Sandman,” previously partnered with Marks on the long-discussed Green Arrow-in-prison project “Supermax.” Marks, who’s been busy with Disney’s “The Jungle Book” and “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Captain Nemo,” also worked on Warner Bros.’ shelved adaptation of “Suicide Squad.”
