Gotham's Stars Celebrated Last Day of Filming With Waffles

With the premiere of Gotham's fifth and final season less than a month away, the cast and crew of the Fox series are celebrating the end of principal photography on the DC Comics prequel this week.

To commemorate the final day of filming yesterday, stars David Mazouz and Sean Pertwee rented a Belgian waffle food truck to treat the cast and crew to build-your-own waffles as part of the series wrap party. The surprise was shared by actor Andrew Sellon, who portrays Mister Penn, on the actor's Instagram account.

Following police detective Jim Gordon as he patrols the eponymous DC Comics city after the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, the series first premiered in 2014 on Fox.

With the twelve-episode final season poised to premiere next month, Mazouz had penned a tribute to his co-star Pertwee last week before filming on the series wrapped.
