Penguin, Alice Tetch (guest star Naian Gonzalez Norvind), and Bruce's strange doppelganger all play a prominent role in next Monday's upcoming episode of "Gotham," entitled "Mad City: New Day Rising."

In the fourth chapter of this season's arc, Oswald Cobblepot continues to gather strength in his bid to become the city's next mayor, after surprisingly announcing his candidacy on last week's installment. In a photo released by Fox in advance of the episode, Edward Nygma appears to play a role in Cobblepot's campaign.

Immediately after saving Jim Gordon's life from her homicidally hypnotic brother, Gordon follows through on his intent to collect her bounty, turning her into the Gotham City police. Jervis Tetch himself appears in several more photos released by Fox and also promises to hold a significant role.

Bruce's mysterious and freshly self-shorn twin hasn't been forgotten either, as Bruce and Alfred search for his whereabouts, after Bruce's lookalike assumed his identity and hooked up with Selina in the previous episode.
