Patient 44 arrives in "Gotham" on April 18 -- but who is it?

A new teaser for the episode, titled "Pinewood," teases Patient 44's "birth" as the result of Hugo Strange's experiments in the basements of Arkham Asylum.

The clip does share a few clues, though you need to watch it frame-by-frame to catch many of them. In the screenshots below, we learn that the character is apparently psychotic and dangerous enough to lock in a cell where they write Latin words on the walls in blood. Additionally, Strange is seen reading a copy of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland," Jim Gordon takes drastic measures in his attempt to contain the character, and it takes several men to hold Patient 44 down.
