He may be a relatively new addition to Batman's roster of insane rogues, but Professor Pyg has already established himself as one of the most dangerous DC Comics has to offer. It's little surprise, then, that his Gotham incarnation is at least as insane, and perhaps even more deadly.

Now, the Fox series has released a "red band" trailer running down Pyg's accomplishments thus far, while teasing what lies ahead as Jim Gordon prepares to take the psychotic bad guy down once and for all. You can check it out for yourself below, but be warned - Pyg may make for the perfect cop-killing villain, but his new endeavor as a chef for Penguin and Gotham's other crime lords may turn a stomach or two.

Of course the trailer isn't truly unrated, though it does feature a fair share of gory violence considering Gotham's status as a prime time network drama.

Professor Pyg (guest star Michael Cerveris) continues to torment Gotham city, involving Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) whenever possible. Sofia (Crystal Reed) and Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) get ready for a fundraiser for the orphanage, and things don’t go as planned when Professor Pyg shows up as the chef. Meanwhile, Bruce’s (David Mazouz) partying gets in the way of his relationship with Alfred (Sean Pertwee) in the all-new “A Dark Knight: Let Them Eat Pie” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, Nov. 16 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-409) (TV-14 D, L, V)
