Makeup artist and prosthetic expert Ben Bornstein posted an image of Cameron Monaghan in full Joker makeup on Instagram. While not as creepy in a makeup chair as he is in the dark streets of Gotham, this version of the Joker is still definitely terrifying, with his lack of hair, scarred face and pale skin creating a villain suited for a horror film.
The Joker's new design was created Bornstein's special effects shop. He said on Instagram, "This prosthetic character makeup was designed at my Brooklyn FX Shop, Taking Shape Studio, at the end of last year.....more details to come after the episode airs."
