Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki have reunited to promote former co-star Misha Collins' new DC series, Gotham Knights.

Collins himself shared a video of Ackles and Padalecki on Twitter. "When you ask your friends to plug something for you and they turn on you," the actor wrote. In the video, Ackles and Padalecki do indeed plug Gotham Knights, though also take the time to poke fun at Collins' role as Harvey Dent, aka Two-Face.

"I'm gonna watch Gotham Knights," Ackles says in the video when asked by Padalecki if he has any forthcoming plans. As it turns out, Padalecki has similar plans of his own. "I have a friend... I forget his name, but I know he's two-faced," Padalecki says. Ackles (who is himself no stranger to appearing in DC projects) agrees as the camera pans to Collins, who humorously plays up his frustration regarding being called "two-faced" by his friends and former colleagues.

Ackles, Padalecki and Collins Are Sticking With The CW

Of course, Ackles and Padalecki starred as Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester, respectively, on all 15 seasons of Supernatural, which aired on The WB/The CW from 2005 to 2020. Collins was also a mainstay of the series, having portrayed Castiel staring with Season 4 in 2008. While Supernatural has come to an end on The CW, all three actors have maintained a working relationship with the network.

For starters, Ackles reprises his role as Dean on The Winchesters, a Supernatural prequel series focusing on Sam and Dean's parents, which premiered on The CW last October and airs its Season 1 finale tonight, March 7. Meanwhile, Padalecki stars as Cordell Walker on Walker -- a reboot ot the 1990s series Walker, Texas Ranger -- which premiered on The CW in January 2021. Walker is currently in the midst of its third season, and has even spawned a prequel series of its own.

Misha Collins Is Harvey Dent on Gotham Knights

This brings us back to Collins, who -- as previously mentioned -- portrays Harvey Dent/Two-Face on Gotham Knights, The CW's latest series based on the world of DC Comics. Gotham Knights is slated to premiere next Tuesday, March 14. The series centers on a group of teens who form an unlikely alliance after Bruce Wayne/Batman is murdered and they are framed for the crime. The group consists of Turner Hayes (Oscar Morgan), Bruce's adopted son; Duela Dent (Olivia Rose Keegan), the Joker's daughter; Harper Row (Fallon Smythe), aka Bluebird; and Cullen Row (Tyler DiChiara), Harper's brother. They also join forces with Batman's sidekick, Carrie Kelley/Robin (Navia Robinson).
