One question that has consistently been on the minds of Gotham fans over the years, especially now that the series is in its final season, is what will it look like when Batman is properly introduced?Furthermore, will it be David Mazouz, who has played Gotham's young Bruce Wayne since the show began, who actually dons the final Batsuit? Well, according to executive producer John Stephens, the answers to those questions is "yes and no."RELATED: Gotham's Batman Finally Debuts in New Footage at TCAAccording to those who attended the final Gotham panel at this year's Television Critics Association event, including TV Insider's Damian Holbrook and Gamespot's Chris E. Hayner, Stephens explained that Mazouz's face will be under the cowl, and his voice/Batman growl will be used. However, presumably through the magic of editing, the suit itself will be worn by someone else -- specifically, someone who is about 6 feet 4 inches tall (as opposed to Mazouz, who stands at 5 feet 8 inches tall).

The goal of this particular approach is likely to give Fox's Dark Knight his intimidating aura, while also maintaining a certain level of consistency regarding Mazouz. After all, he has played Bruce Wayne for close to five years now, which would make a full recast rather jarring.
